Using Present Indefinite in Russian
- Translate into Russian using Present Indefinite:
- It is cold. - Холодно.
- It is dark in the room. - В комнате темно.
- We are late for classes. - Мы опаздываем на занятия.
- Is John present at the lesson? - Джон присутствует на уроке?
- Who is absent from the lesson? - Кто отсутствует на уроке?
- She is always glad to see you. - Она всегда рада видеть тебя.
- Are you afraid of dogs? - Ты боишься собак?
- Don’t be afraid of dogs. - Не бойся собак.
- Use the proper form of the verb to be:
- Thank you, I am not hungry. - Спасибо, я не голоден.
- I am sorry, I am late. She is angry with you. - Простите, я опаздываю. Она зла на вас.
- Don’t talk, the baby is asleep. - Не разговаривай, ребенок спит.
